Garlic Bulbils are created in the section of the Garlic Scape called the Umbrel, also known as a "seedhead". Bulbils are packed with flavor, nuturious, and delicious to eat raw or roasted, or can be planted to begin your own crop of garlic. One seedhead will yield approximately 50 bulbils.

Seedheads are sold per unit, each which yields approximately 50 Bulbils, or in a pack of 3 or 10. Bulbils already removed from the seedheads are also sold by the 1/4 lb (approximately 6,700 Bulbils), or by the full pound.
